Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) in the banking domain to gather information and understand complex technical concepts, processes, and products. 2. Develop and maintain a variety of documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, standard operating procedures, API documentation, and knowledge base articles. 3. Ensure that all documentation adheres to industry standards and guidelines while consistently maintaining the company's voice and style. 4. Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, accuracy, and consistency. 5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, engineers, and compliance officers, to gather insights and validate information. 6. Translate technical jargon into user-friendly language for different audiences, including end-users, internal teams, and stakeholders. 7. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the banking sector to ensure the documentation is up-to-date and relevant. 8. Participate in document version control and maintain a well-organized documentation repository. 9. Conduct regular audits of documentation to identify areas of improvement and recommend updates as necessary. 10. Assist in creating training materials for internal teams and end-users to enhance their understanding of banking products and processes. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Banking, Finance, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the banking industry, with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience (the exact number of years depends on the seniority level of the position). 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. 4. Solid understanding of banking terminology, processes, regulations, and products. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 6. Proficiency in using documentation tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar software. 7. Familiarity with markup languages (e.g., XML, HTML) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus. 8. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple documentation projects simultaneously. 9.
