Job Description -

Job Title: ATM Operations Analyst

Location: Onsite, Vienna VA 

Duration: 6 months 

Visa: USC/GC/GC EAD/TN 

Moi: Skypec2c 

E.C/Domain: Navy Federal   

Candidate must have Credit Union, banking experience with 1-2 projects. Please submit the candidate who lives near to VA or is local to VA.  Must have 6-7 years USA experience. 

Use working knowledge of ATM infrastructure, hardware, and monitoring applications to optimize the performance and availability of ATM services by analyzing current and projecting future performance needs. Coordinate and conduct moderately complex data analysis, apply various analytical techniques to identify operational issues, perform incident research; coordinate, document, and implement solutions that enhance ATM services. Collaborate with Branch Operations, ISD ATM support teams and vendors under general supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day analysis, research, and recommend solutions for varied ATM problems and incidents

Collect metrics to gather accurate information using ATM monitoring tools

Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis using analytical techniques and tools

Solve business problems by engaging ATM stakeholders and vendors; identifying and evaluating solutions; and presenting findings

Analyze changes in policies, procedures, and products; determine the impact on the service

Identify opportunities for new and/or improved processes and procedures; provide clear picture of possible outcome

ATM support for teams/or project teams, and vendors to ensure business needs are fully communicated and documented

Create reports measuring ATM availability, incidents, and overall performance against SLAs

Conduct benchmarking, trend analysis and other input to drive continuous improvement and elevate service performance

Prepare/collaborate on monthly presentations and reports

Demonstrate skills utilizing MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, other analytical tools

Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the ATM community

Serve as ATMOPS resource for the resolution of complex and/or unique ATM problems

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or other related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience

*Moderate/Advanced skill analyzing and organizing problems or work processes for solutions

*Moderate/Advanced skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines

*Moderate/Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

*Moderate/Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills

*Effective/Advanced skill communicating with all levels within an organization

Significant experience working effectively with diverse internal and external support teams.

Significant experience in managing multiple priorities to achieve goals

*Moderate/Advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills

Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions

*Moderate/Advanced verbal and written communication skills

Moderate/Advanced skill presenting findings, conclusions, and information clearly and concisely

Moderate/Advanced skill making effective presentations to groups of various sizes

Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Self-motivated.
