Create, manage and present an actionable business requirements document (Functional and Technical specifications document) that aligns a customers business needs to Salesforce Marketing Cloud & associated products Experience with primary elements of Marketing Cloud: Email Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Personalization Builder Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
