Currently going through all the contract reviews and working with their union. Once signed, they will have a lot to do around terms and conditions and updating their systems accordingly per the contract. Trying to get people onboard before the contract is signed so they have ramp time, will be around 30 people total supporting the effort (BAs, PMs, Developers) Would be working with existing application team members at United who would bring the BAs up to speed on how the contract is integrated into Crew applications today. Not a greenfield project, this is what we have, this is what we need to change.
