Vanguard does not use these skill Job Description: Responsibilities: As a member of the MarTech (Marketing Technology) team you will use your data, development, and analytics experience to influence the way Vanguard communicates to our clients! With your voice, we can influence more personalized sends; crafting behavior segments in our client data to target the right message, design and deliver email for people on the go, presenting the most relevant content to them and what they need, and change the way we work to be faster, smarter, and more efficient. In this role you will: Perform hands-on technical development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud using AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, SOAP/REST APIs, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio etc. as necessary - Conduct moderate A/B tests to evaluate and improve client communications - QA and proof emails to ensure deliverability and quality - Support email builds for transactional email journeys using Salesforce Journey Builder - Share email development, deployment, deliverability, and journey best practices with business teams - Generate Adobe PDF proofs for internal client approvals Qualifications: 4+ years of overall hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Mobile Push, SFMC API, Data Extensions, Data Views, Automations, Journey Builder, Preference Center, Audience Management and Segmentation, Tracking and Reporting - 2+ years hands on experience with email coding (HTML5, CSS3), scripting and campaign execution - 2+ years of experience with AMPscript that will generate multifaceted content in email campaigns - 2+ years client-facing, customer service experience - Experience with responsive design email layouts - Salesforce Marketing Cloud concepts and metrics including code, design, and dynamic content generation What Sets You Apart: - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Developer certification preferred - 3+ years related work experience - Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience - Familiarity of Adobe Creative Cloud including Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro and Figma - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings REGARD Lovely Singh Keywords: quality analyst golang Maryland New York North Carolina Pennsylvania Virginia |
