Manage test teams and ensure that they have the skills and resources they need to be successful. Track and report on test results and identify and track defects. Work with developers and other stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure that software meets quality standards. Stay up to date on the latest software testing trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing. Experience with a variety of testing methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Responsibilities: Release management experience. Develop and maintain test strategy. Create and execute test plans. Develop and maintain test cases. Track and manage defects. Generate status reports. Provide guidance and support to test team members.
