Retail Domain Specialist with FlexPLM (Product Lifecycle Management) knowledge Job Description We are looking for Retail experts with PLM tool knowledge with deep and broad retail domain expertise and ability to engage with Customers on business & technology challenges and solutioning. As a Retail Domain Consultant, you need to: Have 12+ years of deep and broad business process understanding and operational experience in Retail, E-Commerce across core retail functional areas like Forecasting, Order Management, Merchandising & Assortment Planning, Pricing, Supply Chain, Analytics etc preferably across Toys, Fashion & Grocery segments. Advance level of functional skills in PTC Flex PLM 12.x platform and modules, deep experience with out of the box configuration. The ability to articulate customer needs and translate into functional requirements and design specifications. Experience dealing with complexity and managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Develop functional business requirements specifications to support improved business process and business/systems modification. Work closely with IT and business partners to assure the timeliness for the completion of projects. Coordinate with and incorporate business community into the testing process. Develop or oversee the development of user documentation and training material needed by the business community. Working closely with IT resources (internal and external) to assist with issue resolution when appropriate. Have a consulting mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills in engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders and building credibility as a trusted advisor through proven delivery of innovative solutions for complex problems in the Retail space. Be able to consult senior stakeholders of retail organizations on building the product vision, roadmap, striking the right balance between whats needed now and the future. Have significant experience dealing with Management, helping them solution and succeed by way of thought leadership. Be a subject matter expert and manage end-to-end client engagements through solutioning for the current and future functional roadmaps, recommendations during development and execution through adoption facilitation, workshops, training, etc. Have good exposure to working with varied retailers globally. Have implemented innovative end-to-end retail solutions. Be able to lead and execute client engagements at the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Working closely with business users, gather requirements and translate to functional design documents to be provided to application support Vendors for implementation. Understand business processes as it related to Product design and development systems and provide support to business community.
