Or equivalent work experience. Experience: Typically has 3 to 5 years of IT work experience. Requires a high level of expertise in multiple system environments. Specifics: Unix o Application platforms and services o Users and computers o Sites and services Oracle and SQL Database o Perform queries to select and update database entries o Understanding of database replication Experience with Hardware configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting Work with Hardware vendors as required to resolve issues Work with Vendors on software issues.
