Looking for Technical writing skill with good experience and understanding of Cyber Security Domain Experience in Background in Vulnerability and Identity Management, Risk Management When Documentation Is updated, interact with stakeholders, Risk management concepts. This position requires Cyber knowledge in Vulnerability Management or Security Risk Manager. Please describe where your candidate uses this knowledge in their employment history. Job description: The individual in this role will be responsible for updating and creating comprehensive vulnerability management policies, standards, processes, and procedures using preexisting formats/templates. The role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity and vulnerability management concepts, and technical writing. This role will collaborate with our vulnerability management team to understand needs and translate complex cybersecurity terminology into clear, concise, and accurate documentation. This will include but is not limited to, manuals, user guides, SOPs, and policy documents. Moderate experience with graphic/visual design is a plus. Skills/Experience: Bachelor's or masters degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Writing, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the cybersecurity domain. Prior experience in vulnerability management is a plus. Certification: Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Technical Writer are highly desirable. Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates a range of writing styles and mastery of complex cybersecurity topics. Proficiency in Technical Software: Demonstrated proficiency with technical writing and cybersecurity tools. Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with cybersecurity industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, etc. Keywords: California |
