Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP Knowledge of WLAN networking including enterprise class security Knowledge of VOIP architecture, planning, maintenance and research Experience with Office 365, Exchange and email technologies Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing in areas to include technical research, policy development, hardware recommendations and architecture Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, as well as work unsupervised when needed Able to teach and share technical knowledge Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction or supervision. Knowledge of mobile device platforms, technologies and management platforms Experience with Remote Access solutions to include Direct Access, VPN and Citrix Preferred Experience: Five years of experience in managing networks (LANs/WANs/WLANs). Hands on experience with network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, and other related devices 4 Five years of standard and VOIP telephony experience. Five years of experience supporting Unify and Verint Contact Center technologies. Five years of experience assisting in the support, troubleshooting and maintenance of Active Directory and authentication mechanisms. Experience participating in Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations planning, design and testing. Experience with State contracting and vendor management.
