| Job Title: Fiserv DNA Technical Consultant Work Location: Remote with 30-40% Travel in US(and Travel expenses are paid client) (Exp. 8 year minimum) Duration: 12+ month contract Education/Experience Required: Education Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science; At least 6+ years of relevant experience Job Description & Responsibilities: Technical Analysis if business problem and requirements Designing and maintaining large-scale web applications Developing and enhancing Appian based solution Interact with the product management team in understanding requirements and provide estimates, high level design and detailed design for product and customer enhancements. Assist in establishing coding, software design approaches and standards and following them. Designing and developing core extensions to an innovative application framework. Meet customer commitments in delivering high quality code on or ahead of schedule Staying up to date with technology advancement and ensure our product technology stack is optimized for strategic growth. Being a team player with ability to collaborate idea sharing in strong product setting. Adhering to Agile Sprints, Delivery Framework, and SDLC best practices. Displaying strong verbal and written communication, with ability to interact with all levels of the organization. " Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Education Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science At least 6+ years of relevant experience Experience in installation, upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting of 'packaged application code/solutions' to internal / test and production environments Previous application deployment of the DNA / surround product applications is considered an asset A technology leader with vision and a view to continuous improvement Experience in Incident, Problem & change management Performed Database Refresh tasks for Test and Production Servers Familiarity with ITIL and SDLC life cycle phases Install/execute and fine-tuned Stored Procedures, SQL Queries and User Defined Functions. Handled Performance Tuning and Optimization with strong analytical troubleshooting skills for quick issue resolution in mission-critical environments Strong working knowledge of Windows operating environment Strong working knowledge of IIS Extensive experience with SQL programming language and scripting Oracle Database Knowledge Ability to work on complex technical issues SQL, PL/SQL, and Hyperion SQR Production Reporting Preferred Skills and Experience: An approach to your work that is self-directed and highly motivated. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Proven research and analytical skills.
