Qualifications: 5-7 years as a UI/UX designer Experience with Bootstrap, Adobe CC, HTML Experience with Azure or other cloud experience is a plus, not a need to have Wants someone who can take minimum requirements and make a masterpiece Wants someone who stays on top of new tech and changes Looking for someone who is self-organizing and managing, creative/innovative, plays well with others, self-motivator, good written and verbal communication, ability to take on challenges & problem solve, passion and excited Able to take constructive feedback Overview of the role: Build custom software for the firm - internal clients Designer creates the visuals and prototype There is a design guide from marketing department and IT group ability to use design guide but know when to step outside update design guide on a monthly basis Sometimes UI/UX is a year ahead of the engineers, need to be ok with that Hierarchy environment Their team has created 300 custom applications There is a backlog of projects, upgrading current apps Lot of R&D Upcoming project: moving over to using azure cloud - certain apps everything else is internal YOU HAVE: Experience is preferred in the following technical areas. (Note that not all areas are strictly required.) 5-7 years of experience of professional experience in UI/UX Design 3+ years of experience with Adobe CC and other industry standard wireframing tools Expert level ability in responsive design and cross-browser and cross-platform design issues (Microsoft Edge and Chrome Browser) Expert level ability to write HTML 5 Expert level ability to write CSS 3 Expert level ability in Bootstrap 3.0, 4,0, and 5.0 Expert level ability Xarmin 5.0 development for UI/UX Working knowledge of JavaScript Working knowledge of iOS App UI/UX Designs Expert level in templating and theming Ability to manage own work for multiple cross functional teams Analyze project requirements and translate into UI/UX design tasks Proven experience with application implementation and integration of UI/UX elements Knowledge of Agile Development Process (e.g., SCRUM) You are a hardworking UI/UX Expert who is able to communicate complex design concepts with clarity to non-technical audiences.
