Ionic 5+ is preferable. This is the hybrid framework we are using. Must be comfortable coding in Angular 5+. We are using Ionic on top of Angular so this is a core requirement. Must have CSS experience in order to tweak default Ionic designs as needed. Must be familiar with the build and deployment process from Ionic to Android and iOS app stores. Must be familiar with Git.
