Job Title: Technical BA with API Client: Virtusa/Charter Communications Location: Charlotte, NC (Day 1 onsite, only locals) Duration: Long Term Contract Rate: $55/hr on C2C max Job Description: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in Telecom or CRM. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of IVR systems is good to have but not a must. Familiarity with Backend API architecture, design and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and API Gateway. Working experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
