Title: Business Transformation Analyst Location: Remote Visa; USC/GC Job Description Business Transformation Analyst 6 months to perm Location: remote but they may be asked to come in occasionally in the Boston area (Company will cover expenses) * Person to look at what systems they have in place and make sure theyre the right ones * Work with cross functional teams to evaluate business resources, processes, data and technology * Looking for someone highly technical (particularly understanding ERP and Ecommerce systems) * Create flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams * Develop process documentation and project plans * Responsible for grabbing data from the systems to assess issues Tech Stack: JIRA, Agile, JD Edwards for the ERP Requirements: * Senior level experience as a Business Analyst * Direct Selling industry knowledge * Strong communication/presentation skills The Business Transformation Analyst collects and studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Researches, analyzes and recommends changes to an organizations business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service and profitability. Creates flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams. Develops process documentation and project plans. In addition, supports cross-functional activities and working sessions during projects design and implementation phases. Designs and prepares documentation, training materials, and communications supporting new processes. May deliver training to impacted business units. Goals are generally communicated in solution or project goal terms May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works with cross functional teams to evaluate business resources, processes, data and technology Assesses opportunities for alignment with efficient and automated operations and alignment against the company journey visions Evaluates the opportunities, prioritizes and quantifies value Works with cross functional teams to architect and outline proposed solution options Documents opportunities, value propositions and proposed solutions for presentation to executive team Upon initiative approval, plans and executes recommendations Creates technical documentation including business and technical requirements, process flows, reference material, programming requests, Jira tickets and helpdesk tickets Keywords: green card |
