| Oorwin Email Hello Position : Project Coordinator ( 6 Years Must ) Location : Brooklyn NY ( Day 1 Onsite ) ( Locals Preferred ) Duration : Long Term Contract Job Description : Minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating and overseeing medium to large scale projects comprised of sub projects and/or multiple works streams. Experience working with System Integration vendors in both coordinating and completing project assignments with project stakeholders including employees and consultant project staff numbering a minimum of 10 personnel. The Project Coordinator will provide Project support and assist in the successful delivery by coordinating multiple LRP work streams specific activities which could include but not be limited to, Deliverable management, Change management requests, document management, decision management, schedule management, and other planning activities as assigned. Acts as the focal point of contact regarding overall project status, monitoring, and control. Including project change, scope, schedule, costs, quality, communications, risks, procurements, and stakeholder management. Experience in a PMO Coordination/Support/Specialist role. Assist with the Communications Division for LRP messaging. Experience working with Deliverable and Change management. Experience of supporting projects focused on Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, (on premise), Office 365 etc., Planview and Service now tickets. Assist Project Managers with planning activities as assigned. Sets up and maintains a tool for all Project / Program documentation. Supports the analysis of risks/issues while assisting in the Project change management process. Organization of meetings as assigned.
