VISA: No OPT CPT Experienced in Lifesciences (pharma is a must ) MUST HAVE: They must have a minimum of 8-10 years experience as Salesforce BA preferably with experience in Service Cloud or alternatively FSL or Communities Cloud. Must have excellent communication skills and capable of running user requirement sessions with senior business stakeholders; writing user stories; backlog refinement Must know what limitations are possible in Salesforce example process flows, triggers, workflows vs customization Must have Lifesciences experience working in a Regulated environment Nice to have experience with Medical Devices Industry good understanding of Agile and Safe principles and how his role as a BA will work in such model Must be comfortable working in an offshore model and interacting with technical and business teams Admin and Service or FSL or Communities Certification preferred.
