Duration: Contract Job Description: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, end to end implementation of ITSM modules like CMDB, Change Management, Incident Management, Service Catalog etc. in large and medium scale environments. Hands on experience in client and server-side scripting using Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, user administration. Sound knowledge of glide APIs used in Java Script to implement advanced features in ServiceNow. Strong experience in implementing integrations with ServiceNow using web services like SOAP and REST. Good hands on experience in creating complex workflow in workflow editor and flow designer. Performance optimization of ServiceNow platform and discovery. Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules Functional experience of CMDB and Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management. Good understanding of Access Control using ACLs. Data import and export using service graph connector and export sets Experience in Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response will be added advantage ServiceNow Certified System Administration, ServiceNow Certified Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITIL Foundation Certified. Must Have: ServiceNow ITSA ServiceNow Discovery Strong experience in implementing integrations with ServiceNow using web services like SOAP and REST Associate should be a good team player with great communication.
