Job : Scrum Master Direct Client: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid Mode) Pay Rate: $50hr C2C Fixed Job Type : This is Hybrid Mode Opportunity and needs onsite in Hybrid Mode (2 or 3 Days Onsite in a week). Project Details: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, working with software development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices, with practical experience in applying Scrum methodologies. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead meetings and workshops and communicate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, promoting trust, openness, and accountability. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address issues and remove obstacles to ensure team productivity and success. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and practices for tracking and reporting team progress. Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) and software development methodologies is a plus. Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging Agile practices and trends.
