Prior experience of leading and supporting successful projects as BA in implementing ALM Solutions. Knowledge on Risk Management, Requirement Management and Test Management is required. Ability to define current processes, identify process gaps and propose strategies for optimization. Experience Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with stakeholders. Perform requirements analysis, documentation and communication with Stakeholders. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint Good-to-Have: 1. Experience to ALM tool like IBM ELM, codebeamer, Siemen Polarion, Jama Connect, Jira etc. 2. Experience in embedded software developments processes 3. Experience in Medical Device domain 4.
