| From: Vijayakumar R, TechStar Group [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: QA/Scrum Master Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 days a week onsite mandatory) Duration: 12 months contract (RTH) Responsibilities Understand the business requirements and ability to convert them into small units. Ability to think through requirements and prepare in depth test cases including edge cases. Hands on with nUnit and playwright to create and run the testcases. Ability to write automate the test cases to ensure the required end to end functionality. Ability to generate smoke, regression manual and automation test cases. Ability to do performance, load and stress testing based on the business needs. Ability to track the release schedules. Should be familiar with any of the bug tracking tools (ex: JIRA) Should be familiar with service side testing using PostMan or SoapUI or equivalent tools. Should be familiar with prioritizing Bugs and triaging it with technical team when required. Should be able to lead the releases and certify the same for promote it to productions. Knowledge in any UI automation is recommended in case of any automation needs (ex:Selenium, TOSCA) Should be able to run the Scrum calls like a scrum master and lead the team from the deliverable perspective. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manual and Service Side testing Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. Leadership and management experience. Excellent people and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
