| From: Vishnu, Jupiter Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : Tools, Assets & Reporting Lead Hybrid Location : 2 day Hybrid at Alpharetta GA Once in month to Columbus GA for meeting Centralised assets management (test artefacts, tools) Centralised (test) reporting for both client and TSYS Tooling administration & configuration Tools Assets and Reporting Lead - Minimum of 3 years working within IT and Business testing functions and has strong experience in scripting, system architecture/infrastructure, familiar with project delivery and implementation - Strong analysis and reporting skills proven in a complex and rapidly changing environment. - Ability to implement a Testware repository and as a reporting tool for reporting test & delivery progress, effectiveness - Reporting on KPIs demonstrating trends, insights - Extensive knowledge of analytical platforms i.e. PowerBI, QIP - Familiar with all phases of testing - Centralised assets management (test artefacts, tools) - Centralised (test) reporting for both client and TSYS - Tools selection, administration, configuration and monitoring - Ability to appropriately select and apply test tools to the project, identify potential difficulties, generates workable solutions and makes rational judgements to ensure successful deployment and use - Setup, Monitoring and reporting; Access levels - Ability to communicate effectively and liaise on a technical level with Analysts, Designers and Developers - Experience of planning and estimating test preparation and execution Responsibilities: Accountable for managing the Tooling across multi-disciplines, including setup, use and reporting Provide guidance to test team on the appropriate use of testing tools. Ensure continual team contact to optimise knowledge sharing and experience Direct and assist in the day to day operation of JIRA / Zephyr and actively support the respective other toolsets and teams. Assist the Test QA Manager to create test plans and identify appropriate tool use Support cross Workstream integration with knowledge and experience sharing Support Test QA Manager with test planning, managing the problem / issues log, risks log and ensuring problems are owned and driven to resolution Conduct high level test risk assessment Conduct POCs with appropriate validation criteria Present test progress status to Test QA Manager and prepare dashboard for presentation to other stakeholders Share and communicate test assets across test streams Consistent real time reporting across teams multi disciplines and areas.
