Client: State OF TX Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Location: Remote in TX Duration: 12 months Visa: No H1B/OPT MOI: Skype Assessing a clients current state and understand the baseline of change needs Completing change management assessments, identify key stakeholders, and working closely with sponsors in defining project/initiative goals and success criteria. Partnering with clients, project managers and technologists in creating recommendations/solutions for change and implementing agreed upon solutions based on Microsoft and Quisitive best practices. Designing and delivering change management solutions based on potential need for communications, employee development, training, and governance. Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities within the defined scope of the project SOW. Designing and facilitating Change Management Workshops created to help organizations understand how Microsoft tools can be successfully configured/rolled out so that business meets/exceeds defined goals. Providing insight into new opportunities with the client based on knowledge learned during the engagement Many clients begin with immediate needs surrounding communications and training. However, once engaged, our OCM Consultants discover client needs in areas of: Sponsorship Development Manager and Supervisor Coaching Employee Development Organizational Development Resistance Assessment and Management Process (governance) Documentation, Development and Refinement Creation of Early Adopter and/or Champions Programs Supporting change management at the organizational level Partnering with internal project manager and technicians in developing solid solutions to achieve success Leading OCM aspects of a project to include: Mapping milestones and tasks for project completion Advising project change and reasoning, if needed Leading Organizational Change Management workstream for self and sometimes OCM project team (larger projects) Work with internal management to ensure project health regarding OCM efforts Minimum Experience and Skills: At least five years consulting experience in the areas of management consulting or customer success consulting, including: Prior Change Management experience involved in an O365/M365 migration is mandatory. Strong M365 understanding and impact of change on end users (M365 experience in OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook/Exchange migrations). Knowledge of ADKAR methodology Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Ability to strategically and tactically solution client needs Possess a resilient and tenacious view to problem-solving while balancing respect for those in need Ability to organize self and potentially small OCM teams on larger projects Problem solving and root cause identification skills Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization Ability to design/facilitate workshops and training sessions Ability to design and implement User Adoption Plans Microsoft project experience is strongly preferred, in areas of Modern Workplace, Application Development, Migrations, ERP or Data Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Preferred qualifications PROSCI certification strongly preferred Intune/End Point Management OCM experience -- Keywords: information technology Texas |
