| From: Sonali, KPG99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: VMware Manager (SME) Visa: USC only Duration: 6+ months Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 1 day onsite in a week) The ideal candidate will have the following: - vRealize/ARIA Automation SME - Hands-on experience with VMwares Core, SDDC Product Stacks - Customer facing experience in an enterprise-level environment - Willingness to drive product adoption & Best Practices with VMware Solutions - Ability to be the liaison between the customer & VMware, mitigating escalations - Active VCP Certification - Ability to be onsite in NY once per week - US Citizen Entelligence is seeking a TAM to support VMware's clients. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence, VMware and the end-user. The TAM will function as the VMware products Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will interact directly with the customer's personnel. The TAM will serve as the technical expert on executive-level project teams within the customer providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. The TAM contributes to the development of new principles and concepts, works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious. RESPONSIBILITIES Map VMware solutions to the customers unique business and technical requirements to ensure strategic long-term value Understand the customers relevant business challenges while functioning as a trusted advisor for best practices and drive adoption of VMware solutions within your assigned accounts Agility: respond to the needs of your customers with confidence and ease Provide project leadership, coordination, and architectural guidance for the customers major VMware initiatives Maintain high-level technical knowledge of core VMware solutions and future product direction Manage and own contending requests across multiple client engagements Provide clear and constructive product feedback to VMware product management teams based on customer use-cases and requirements Support customer business objectives by effectively bringing to bear TAM program deliverables REQUIREMENTS vRealize/ARIA Automation SME Experience working in a post-sale, technical advisory role preferred Extensive experience with VMwares Product Stacks: SDDC (vRealize Suite, NSX, VCF, vSAN, SRM, etc.) Must also have experience with VMwares core stack of products: vSphere, vCenter, ESXi Must have VMware Certified Professional Certification (VCP) (or be able to get it within 90 days) Must have proven experience with global/enterprise-level accounts Degree: Bachelors degree preferred or demonstrated equivalent experience Business insight and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence change Understanding of consulting processes (project lifecycle, road map alignment) Must be able to work onsite 1 day a week in NY Thanks & Regards Sonali Kumari Technical Recruiter KPG99, INC Keywords: information technology New York |
