Position: Technical BA Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ month Visa: No H1b, OPT, CPT Needs: Site analytics tool BA Skill set Job Description: This position is responsible for deep-diving into analytics and insights for Homepage, Cross-site Campaigns and Seasonal Events and create recommendations for internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and increase traffic, sales & conversion. Drive analytics initiatives for Homepage and Campaigns by partnering with business to determine needed capabilities to support business strategies; evaluating existing reporting and systems capabilities and identifying gaps; aiding in developing reporting solutions that are sustainable. Analyses and interprets information to improve business efficiency and effectiveness by identifying data trends and benchmarks; designing, coordinating, and implementing new reporting, analysis, and data-management solutions; providing guidance and advising on next steps based on insights objectives and research; proposing improvements for strategic and tactical initiatives ; and promoting the application of insights to support decisions and goals. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. Core Functions include: Design and build reports, scorecards and dashboards - including heavy Data mining. Generate insights, trends and actionable recommendations, leading to agile decision-making and driving growth for the business. Build relationships and work cross functionally within partner teams (including Homepage, Cross-site Campaigns and Seasonal Events, Site Merchandising). 6+ years related experience in Business Analytics, Site Merchandising or related field. Strong customer obsession, critical thinking skills, communication skills and detail-orientation; ability to problem solve, make data-driven decisions and drive results. Analytical and process-oriented; high-level of comfort with website metrics and customer & engagement data (e.g., SEO, internal search, transactional, navigation, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables Technical aptitude with site analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics; experience with SQL or Python a plus Adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary. Highly analytical and process-oriented; focus on website metrics and customer & engagement data (e.g. SEO, internal search, transactional, navigation, etc.). Utilizes site analytic tools such as Adobe Analytics as well as Looker and Tableau.
