Job Description - Position: Infrastructure Change Manager Duration: 6+ Months Location: Chicago, IL or Miami, FL or East Hanover, NJ | Hybrid: 2 days onsite & 3 days remotely Visa: USC/GC/GCead/H4ead/ Requirements: Bachelors Degree in IT or relevant field with 5+ years of Infrastructure Change Management experience It is a role for a global transformation infrastructure project where it is needed to develop certain information in certain ways to educate users on how to use new environment Design and produces change/communication project materials and channels for the change initiative Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes Plans and anticipates and minimizes resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Creating and delivering clear, concise, and compelling messages that align with the communication objectives and strategies, and address the needs and concerns of the target audiences Oversees and coordinates the communication activities and deliverables for the change initiative.
