About the role: As our Product team continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled Product Analyst, Data Analysis who thrives on digging deep into data to uncover valuable insights. Youll use these insights to recommend appropriate metrics for measuring performance, inform our product development decisions and identify opportunities to increase engagement. The position resides within the customer-facing product design organization within the UPS digital commercial technology team. Qualifications: Strong understanding of product life cycle management, including product development, launch, and retirement processes Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Proficient with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Mobile SDK Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze commercial opportunities Excellent communication, prioritization and problem solving skills Experience in product data analysis or related area required.
