Qualifications- The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership skills and must have experience using customer exp monitoring tools- Glassbox experience and Triaging . Experience in System Architecture as well as test automation using Java and Selenium. Skills in Ecommerce, Telecom, OSS/BSS and POS retail are also needed. Automate reporting process by creating customer dashboards and using .Net technologies. Create reporting framework.
