Associate should be able to lead this initiative with below skill set Experience working on Linux environments Hands-on experience in Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, Dashboarding, and report generation in any monitoring tools (Nagios /Splunk/NewRelic/Cloudwatch/ELK/Prometheus/New Relic, etc). Hands-on experience with Splunk, AppDynamics and Akamai Mpulse preferred. Expert application production support knowledge and proven debugging skills. Hands-on production support experience of Ecommerce websites, problem management and event handling experience. Experience in writing SQLs, Scripting, and Automation capabilities (Shell/Python). Experience working with management/tracking tools e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc. Experience working with VCS platforms e.g., GitHub OR Bitbucket, OR SVN: Github preferred. Experience with any of the cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP/etc): AWS preferred. Experience/Knowledge of Kubernetes will be an added advantage: EKS preferred. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. DESIRABLE: - Experience/ knowledge on eCommerce platforms (salesforce/Shopify/ATG): salesforce preferred.
