| From: khushboo, Digital Dhara [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : End User Computing Solution Architect Location : San Diego, CA(Remote) Should have at least 15-20 years of experience in managing the End User Computing technical environment Responsible for the technical architecture applied for the delivery of the Workplace Services including associated services OS, SCCM, Intune, Teams, Exchange, and Active Directory Conducts a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture Notifies stakeholders about any issues connected to the architecture and fixes technical issues as they arise and should have a hands-on experience Evaluates project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required Sound technical knowledge of End User Computing and relevant Automation and Security toolsets Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives Interacting with the customers Enterprise Architect & Management to ensure that the Services being delivered are aligned with the customer's reference architecture, architecture guidelines, principles, policies, and technology and service standards Develop a vision and roadmap for the Providers Services as directed by the customer that address the customers changing business and technical needs Proactively bringing new and innovative technical and service solution suggestions to the customer, as required, and defined in the Agreement Working with Providers staff to review demands and developing new solution designs, Services enhancements, budget initiatives, and estimates in response to customer Technical Acumen and agility to learn, test and implement new technologies. Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing architecture Knowledge must on workstation class hardware and Awareness to warehouse experience will be a plus. Bring Innovation in account through Continuous Service improvement and develop new solutions in WPS and present to customer. For WPS Projects create a detailed task list with durations of execution. Collaborate with other teams such as Network, Data Center and Applications teams and lead solutioning related to WPS area.
