Advanced knowledge in US payroll processes Experience in Payroll Balance and Tax Migration from Peoplesoft to Oracle HCM Cloud for US and Canada Experience in coordination with payroll business team and Implementation team. Should have knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll Reports and is able to generate reconciliation reports. Prepared data conversion mapping documents Should have knowledge of BI Publisher report. Excellent communication skills written, oral and listening. Should have experience to write Fast Formulas. Must have good negotiations skills for win/win agreements Good-to-Have Preferred to have experience in payroll implementation. Flexible to adjust with schedule based on implementation plan. Experience working as a Payroll Technical Consultant in implementation programs in Data Conversion track.
