Role: Lead IT Analyst (Incident response) Duration: 36-month C2H Location: Columbus, OH, Remote Visa: GC and USC IT Tech Analyst: IV (Lead) position in Columbus, OH. This position is hybrid 2 times a week. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: Client is seeking an IT Production Support Analyst - Team Lead. This individual will Lead a team to support home lending users and manage applications. This individual will be required to provide technical leadership and guidance to the team to ensure they are aligning to client standards and best practices. Additionally, this role will require engagement with incident calls to help guide the team and make ensure both quick resolution of issues and root cause analysis. Critical incidents will require problem team engagement to ensure prevention of future occurrences. Please Note: This position is available for a Hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office) in the greater Columbus OH area Team Responsibilities Include: Reviewing employee performance to ensure that job tasks are being completed accurately and efficiently Incident management - Minimize service disruption by driving timely resolution of incidents Problem management - Ensure a proactive stance to post-incident review and problem follow-up Change Management - Expedite change requests to ensure service availability Oversees / supports vendor relationships Develop and grow a team in accordance with our clients people principles and processes, including developing optimal structures and clear accountabilities, maximizing employee performance, providing mentoring and coaching, to ensure the right people in the right roles to deliver IT services required to achieve business objectives Drive Urgency & Priority of Production Support Issues Manage 24x7 on-call support rotation and act as escalation point for team. Incident review and resolution, including root cause analysis and prevention of repeat occurrences. Technical knowledgebase and support runbook maintenance. Preferred Qualifications: Strong Technical skills to help troubleshoot and resolve issues across various platforms. Strong organization skills with an ability to pivot across many competing priorities. Confidence working with strong business and technology personalities. Great communication and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with developers, analysts, and business colleagues throughout the organization. Experience working with and supporting vendor applications.
