Responsible for trouble shooting and working with team members to identify and correct issues related to applications, databases, and user accounts. Dimensions Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: Typically has 3 to 5 years of IT work experience. Requires a high level of expertise in multiple system environments. Specifics: Unix o Application platforms and services o Users and computers o Sites and services Oracle and SQL Database o Perform queries to select and update database entries o Understanding of database replication Experience with Hardware configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting Work with Hardware vendors as required to resolve issues Work with Vendors on software issues.
