Dig in and see what's happening today to recommend improvement for the future. Opportunity to extend past 6 months. Largest challenges - alignment. IT vs Business doing similar work. Steering committee is being formed to eliminate this problem. Opioid settlement - high visibility and lots of cooks in the kitchen. Mandatory requirements have been set up. Communications partner - focused on other stuff - work closely together. 100% remote team. Not afraid to speak up, resistance management skills.
