Title: MS PowerApps Architect Duration: 6 Months Contract Location: 100% Remote EST Time zone This an Architect level role Should have strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and Azure. Key Responsibilities: Own the outcome. Execute as one collectively with IT team members. Lead the architecture and design of technical solutions. Clearly communicates design concepts to the key stakeholders. Ensure the proposed architectures and designs follow industry standard methodologies and are efficient. Partner with business analysts and EA architecture team members to lead detailed discovery and translate business intents and requirements into scope of work, specifications, and required deliverables. Collaborate with other IT team members to proactively establish technical direction, roadmaps (priority and timing), KPIs, and plan for and manage solution obsolescence. Propose the optimal IT/Infrastructure components appropriate to the solution to ensure design contributions meet system architecture based on functional and non-functional requirements. Advocate for sound system monitoring, quality assurance and security by design practices and competencies. Exhibits an information-based decision-making mindset, strong analytical and technical capabilities in solving complex problems. Foster new ideas and continual learning and professional competency. Drive a center of excellence in low code / no code capabilities using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) to ensure proper governance and extend process automation and improvement to the business units. Maintain and exhibit technical currency and proficiency, particularly with Microsoft technology, including the Azure platform. Facilitate modern agile (most likely based on the scaled agile framework) and DevSecOps practices (on the Microsoft DevOps platform). Partner with enterprise data platform peers on access, extraction, transformation, master data management, business intelligence and analytics requirements.
