You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the seamless integration of front-end components with our enterprise systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience in developing client-side applications using WebSphere and .NET technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and AJAX. Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus. Experience with WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Portal Server. Solid knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
