Develop and implement continuous improvements for software applications in production. Provide day-to-day application support and technical expertise. Manage, configure, and implement application change requests and bug fixes. Coordinate efforts between Business and IT to facilitate application support. Plan IT project and non-project work to meet defined business goals. Software Application and Project Management. Execute project management tasks for Quality Systems IT applications projects. Conduct Testing and Validation according to validation testing principles and regulations. Develop and implement projects for document control, quality management, quality system applications, and related regulatory and compliance functions. Analyze business processes to define requirements and develop solutions. Document application solutions. Business Partnership, Compliance, and Analysis.
