Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Project Manager in the banking industry. In-depth knowledge of banking products, processes, regulations, and market trends. Familiarity with agile tools and methodologies, as well as project management software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the banking landscape and drive successful project outcomes.
