From: Riya, IDC Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Release Train Engineer Location: Dallas, TX; Pheonix, AZ; PST Zone (Onsite & Hybrid) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ Years Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) using various tools, such as the Program Kanban and other information radiators Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs) Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of Program Backlog & Solution Intent Architectural Design Readiness Facilitate periodic synchronization events, including the Solution Intent Refinement & ART sync to review deep application design, identify early dependencies, risk & impediments with mitigation next steps Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature estimation & prioritization by product teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary Encourage collaboration between Epic owners, ART Leads & Teams on Product & Architectural Vision/Roadmap ensure strategy and execution alignment on upcoming initiatives Collaborate with Leadership and ART Leads to initiate & formalize PI Planning Agenda & Context based on business priorities and ensure socialization to impacted ART Leads, Internal & External Supplier Application Teams Provide regular and open communication across the program stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments Understand, visualize and manage upstream/downstream dependencies Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of progressive work experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes Proven, prior experience as Release Train Engineer for different value streams and products Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish variety of contacts across the organization Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams Broad range of program management and leadership skills Strong knowledge and experience in software development in Agile environment Ability to coach and mentor Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels Keywords: Arizona Texas |
