RESPONSIBILITIES: Architect and build highly scalable applications through all phases of the development lifecycle (initial designs to production deployments) Develop and test software components using current industry tools and processes Provide engineering leadership and oversight on design, engineering and development of information technology solutions. Accountable for the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of project design decisions and how easily those designs can be implemented. Manages the troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure compatibility issues based on systems architecture, project requirements and customer expectations. Provide comprehensive consultation to product owner and other IT staff at the highest technical level on all phases of the project development cycle. Work closely with local and distributed teams (both agile and non-agile) Continually evaluate existing systems and processes and provide ideas for improvement QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline A minimum of 7 years related application development experience 5+ years of experience with Microsofts .NET development platforms Significant experience with C# Experience in object-oriented programming and design patterns Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment with Azure DevOps Experience in Microsoft Web and Mobile Applications development (UWP, Xamarin Forms, MAUI) Experience with SQL Server, SSIS/DTSX and SSRS Experience writing unit tests with frameworks such as nunit/xunit, etc. Working experience working in an agile team using Scrum/Kanban methodology Strong oral and written communication skills.
