Perform data analysis and research to identify new opportunities to improve overall metrics. Be the go-to analytics expert within the product organization for our digital products and the ways we measure them to understand performance. Provide timely insights enabling digital product decision making. Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify areas of improvement in product usability, feature adoption, and overall user satisfaction. Collaboratively create and maintain clear reports and dashboards that allow our design and product teams to easily comprehend and act on key insights. Translate business measurement requirements into technical tracking solutions. Technical Requirements: Strong understanding of product life cycle management, including product development, launch, and retirement processes. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Proficient with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Mobile SDK. Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze commercial opportunities. Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. 1-2 years of work experience in product data analysis or related area required. Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Computer Science or related field Preferred.
