The Business Analysts responsibilities will include: Use your analytical powers to uncover business objectives related to ServiceNow platform implementations. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions. Gather requirements from end users and document in a pre-defined format for the development team to build solutions. Prepare as-is and to-be process maps/workflows. Actively engage product owners and business SMEs to translate solution needs into actionable user stories. Partner with product owners/SMEs to define acceptance criteria. Negotiate with product owners/SMEs on alternative solutions. Facilitate and support ServiceNow product backlog management, ensuring that ServiceNow development is prioritized appropriately. Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before going live. Develop and document test cases, testing plans, and procedures in an agile environment. Design and execute IT software tests and evaluate results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Design and prepare all needed test data. Reviews test results and evaluate results for conformance to design. Develop and document test cases, testing plans, and procedures in an agile environment. Develop and maintain automated regression and integration test plans for ServiceNow solutions to ensure validation and continuous testing efficiency. Communicate test results and feedback with development teams. Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in the specific discipline required by the State. A masters degree or Ph.D. Degree is preferred. General Experience: At least 12 years of relevant industry experience in the discipline is required. Specialized Experience: Experience working in Agile methodology. Exposure to the healthcare domain Possess extensive analytical skills to properly interpret customer's business needs and translate them into functional specifications within the ServiceNow environment.
