LinkedIn profile must have Experience, Qualifications and Skills 6+ years of progressive work-related experience, experience in the hotel/travel industry, a plus. PORTFOLIO IS A MUST! 5+ years of UX experience using UX design best practices. Bachelors degree preferred in design-related discipline: Graphic or Interface design; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experienced. A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), rapid prototyping, design patterns and design systems, usability and accessibility concerns. Deep understanding of website and application development cycle processes with Agile Methodology. Knowledge of cross-platform cross-browser compatibility and internationalization issues. Expertise in UX Design tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Adobe CC, In-vision, Sketch, etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite. (MS Office and 365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Familiarity with HTML/CSS/jQuery Proactive self-started who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment with team members from diverse backgrounds. Create UX artifacts including wireframes, user journeys, workflows, interactive prototypes, etc., based on a thorough understanding of IHGs hospitality service functionality and IHGs design guidelines. Lead design reviews with stakeholders and thoughtfully incorporate team feedback.
