Duration: 12+ Months Experience 10-12 years of business analyst experience, Certified Pega Business Architect or 3+ years of experience with business process modelling with Pega Roles and Responsibilities Understand current state of the business process and document the high-level process flow. Involve with business SME/Product Owner to understand future state business architecture. Responsible for developing Analysis Model, Process flow and sequence diagram Record the features, epics, and user stories in the tool in collaboration with onshore counterpart. Technical/Soft Skills Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements. Fluent in communication and ability to interact directly with Client and their business teams is a must Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs Hands on experience in JIRA.
