From: Asad Saeed, DigitalDhara [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Folks Position: Oracle CRM functional Location: Remote Type: Contract Should have strong experience in Service Contract , Depot Repair & Install base modules Job Description: The individual should have extensive experience in 6-9 years of working experience in Oracle R12 EBS Service track Depot Repair, Field Service, Install Base, CRM Foundation - Functional with at least 1 full cycle implementation & R12 upgrade with minimum one in R12 implementation is a must. 12.2.x experience is must Implementation/ Support experience and detailed understanding of the CRM modules in Oracle Applications: Depot Repair, Field Service, Install Base, CRM Foundation Familiar with Oracle application TCA architecture Working knowledge of Oracle Setups for R12.2 E-Business Suite: Dispatch to Debrief, Contract He/she should have excellent skills in requirement gathering, analysis, solution designing, map/gap analysis, configuration, conducting the transition to Production, Support activities, Preparation of OUM/AIM methodology documentation. to Renewal, Quote to Warranty and RMA Business process cycle, functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces Ability to Gather requirements, map them in Oracle apps and manage gaps and effectively communicate functional details to end users and management User Training, AIM Methodology Documentation Understanding of software development methodologies, development processes, change management, and deployment procedures Must be a team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Develop training material and application documentation as required. Educate business users Provide guidance in data preparation and migration Integration Knowledge with OM, Inventory & Financial modules Provide support for configuration and application of multiple functional modules Identify and test application patches prior to promotion to production. Proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency Work with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution.
