Your responsibilities in this role will include: 1. Lead engagements in data driven transformation, data monetization, data governance and management. 2. Structure complex business problems, perform analysis to gain insights, synthesize information to develop clear recommendations. 3. Work with diverse teams to design fit for purpose solutions, drive alignment among stakeholders, and influence the necessary change to create value from the solution. 4. Establish trust-based relationships with clients to serve their needs and create business opportunities for Brillio. 5. Communicate effectively in a structured manner with audiences at all levels within the client organization. Qualifications: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all project objectives are met while adhering to budgetary constraints and quality standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Project Planning Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges. Project Execution: Lead the project team to execute project plans, ensuring that project tasks are completed according to schedule and within budget. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve project goals. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and project team members. Communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders regularly. Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient project execution. Identify and address resource constraints that may impact project timelines. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high-quality project deliverables. Ensure that projects meet all required standards and comply with relevant regulations. Budget Management: Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial constraints. Provide regular budget updates to the management team. Change Management: Handle project changes and scope variations effectively. Assess the impact of changes on project timelines and resources. Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project records.
