They are implementing a loyalty program to their systems and need to have this person delivered by EOY. Petco Req: The Enterprise Architect works with other IT groups in defining architectures, leading projects that cross functional agency systems and other state entities that require coordinating, planning, and scheduling during project transition, development and implementation stages. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment Work involves planning and analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing systems. Prepare As-Is, To Be, Gap analysis, SWOTs, charts, diagrams, and tables that depict the present and proposed systems in terms of costs, benefits derived, and tasks accomplished. Lead design and architecture discussions for Pricing and Promotions platforms engaging with other architects, engineering teams across different business units Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures Provide program management leadership to Pricing and Promotions initiatives serving as both a technical advisor and project execution expert to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of initiatives Develops and executes solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work. Provides analysis of security protection technologies as necessary Create and review technical documentation including arch diagrams, data flow diagrams, API contracts, etc. Analyzes and defines agency disaster recovery responsibilities and procedures. Articulates desired future state, understand the current state, identify gaps between the two states, and develop approaches to close these gaps. Assists in the preparation of information technology planning and justification 8+ years of experience developing software code both front-end and back-end, and creating scalable technology platforms 3+ years of software architecture and design experience BA/BS in Computer Science or related field Experience in retail price and promotion /loyalty applications (Talon One, Eagle Eye ) Experience is preferred . (Any loyalty platform) Experience in integrating various application like eCommerce, Point of Sale , Promotion and other appln. Expert knowledge in building modern API using GraphQL technology. Strong background with AWS tools and products including S3, CloudFront, EC2, RDS, Batch, and Lambda. Extensive knowledge of common data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and best practices Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts verbally and in written form Capacity to adapt quickly when requirements or priorities change Familiarity with Kanban and Agile, and expertise in Software Development lifecycle methodologies Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships across teams Ability to scrutinize applications and services to ensure they adhere to security standards Able to work well independently, and with a team, in a fast-paced environment Keywords: business analyst sthree information technology |
