You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the seamless integration of front-end components with our enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop feature-rich client-side applications using the WebSphere .NET Client. Collaborate with back-end developers and system architects to ensure smooth integration between the client-side and server-side components. Implement user-friendly interfaces and responsive designs that provide an exceptional user experience. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues related to front-end functionality. Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices. Contribute to the documentation of software design, development, and deployment processes. Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other team activities. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of client-side applications. Assist in the identification and resolution of software defects and performance bottlenecks. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience in developing client-side applications using WebSphere and .NET technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and AJAX. Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus. Experience with WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Portal Server. Solid knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Knowledge of security best practices in web application development. Previous experience in developing enterprise-level applications and integrating with back-end systems.
