Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESRIPTION:- ROLE:- Business analyst with QA LOCATION:- CA- Sacramento (Onsite) Exp:- 12 Yrs NEED LOCAL TO CALIFORNIA ( CA ) CANDIDATES The scope of this project encompasses the following deliverable base tasks: Deliverable 1: Analysis and Design Lead analysis and design efforts for enhancing various enterprise system(s) and sub-systems(s). Facilitate and lead Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with customer representatives, developers, testers, and other technical staff to ensure the customers needs are being met. Create and maintain business requirements document, design artifacts and requirements traceability matrix. Deliverable 2: Implementation, Test and Support Assist test personnel with the development of test scenarios and scripts. Execute test scenarios and scripts, track, and document defects. Develop and provide test results for review. Collaborate with various IT and program area staff to triage defects and issues. Deliverable 3: Knowledge Transfer Contractor will provide knowledge transfer of the change requests, associated design documentation and test scripts. Knowledge transfer to occur via collaborative documentation, code commenting, cross training, and job shadowing. Knowledge transfer to take place at CalPERS via regular scheduled meetings and review of documentation. Documentation to include best practices and lessons learned. On an ongoing basis through the end of the contract all work products and deliverables (project status reports, business process, triage incident reports with resolution, meeting minutes, test cases, test outcomes) details have to be discussed with the contract manager to ensure that all of the information is documented and placed in a file share. The contract manager will schedule knowledge transfer sessions at regular intervals to ensure that all of the work production details have been documented and the knowledge has been transferred to the state personnel. Expereince/WORK REQUIREMENTS 1. Ten (10) years (within the last 12 years) in project work and technical writing to include: detailed analysis, development and maintenance of business requirements, technical requirements, use cases and design documents . 2. Ten (10) years experience (within the last 12 years) in project work in the Business Progress Reengineering (BPR) arena; at least five (5) years of said experience must have been mapping the current state of a business process and analyzing the business process to find gaps. 3. Ten (10) years (within the last 12 years) experience in project work in facilitating Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with project Subject Matter Experts and other technical staff. 4. Must have a minimum of five (5) years (within the last 7 years) of experience in Oracle 11g writing and troubleshooting SQL code to design back-end queries for data set-up and verification. 5. Seven (7) years (within the last 10 years) experience performing system test duties; writing scripts, executing scripts, creating test cases and test data, reviewing test results; also assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 6. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and BI reports in Power BI Platform. Thanks & Regards ..
