Job Title: Sr. Program Manager / Senior Principal Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12+ Months Responsibilities In this role, you would be responsible for Oversaw end-to-end project development lifecycle, ensuring successful design, development, and launch of new modules. Project Planning & Management Experience Agile & Waterfall Methodologies Knowledge and ExprienceCollaborating with the software engineers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience. Experience working in calculating effort estimation, project and resource planning for the engagement. Facilitate issue resolution and resolve delivery related issues escalated by the client. His team has accountability to produce high quality deliverables on time and responsible for project requirement gathering, design and development of project architecture. Monitor teams work at periodic stages of the program to ensure the successful execution of respective project plans. Review status of the projects on a monthly basis with respective Project Managers during Project Progress Review (PPR) meetings. Collaborating with Senior Leadership and setting up Account Goals for the fiscal year Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) for Monthly and Quarterly Revenue Forecasting for the Account New and Extension Projects Deal and Pricing Setup using Pinnacle, Inspirit and Oracle applications, Approving Staffing Plan and Planned Efforts for the team. Periodic Monitoring and Controlling Global Project Margins (PM%) and Adjustable Operating Income (AOI) to meet Account YoY Goals. Provide critical recommendations for the hiring, retention, dismissal, and promotion of his team members, based on his assessment of their performance appraisals. Work closely with HR and include under-performing resources in PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) for objective evaluation. He is also responsible for firing resources who do NOT exhibit improvement in their performance. Conduct about 20-25 interviews in a year for the Managerial round of Band 4C (Principal Consultant) and above and work with Genpacts recruitment team to approve hiring of resources based on CTC (costs) and PM%. Setting Annual Short Term and Long Term Goals for the Project Managers Additionally, charged with directing the identification of business needs and opportunities as well as managing the development of solutions through discussions with senior management and his subordinate team. Assist in Pre-Sales activities by reviewing and submitting Statement for Work (SOW) for respective programs. Foster organic growth within existing buy-in centers by collaborating with the Client and understanding the program requirements. Approving timesheet corrections for the team, writing-Off incorrect and /or delayed payments, proving credit notes to client for extra payment. Ensure mutual commitments are met to maintain a high level of Client satisfaction to achieve Account Net Promoter Score targets Managing customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolutions of issues and meeting the accuracy and timeliness metrics for the program Facilitate Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings with Client stakeholders to drive business impact, track respective project progress, feedback on current programs. Providing leadership, direction, and oversight in relation to our clients business process improvements. SOW reviews with the Client Preferred qualifications Any previous work experience in Program Management Experience working with Offshore teams. Software development experience in JAVA/J2EE frameworks.
